Core Scientific to Listing on Nasdaq

Core Scientific Holding Co., one of many largest blockchain internet hosting and digital asset mining firms in North America, introduced Wednesday its plan to go public on Nasdaq through a particular objective acquisition firm (SPAC).

The crypto agency has entered into “a definitive merger settlement” with Energy & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: XPDI), a publicly traded SPAC backed by the world’s largest asset supervisor, Blackrock.
